Both of these forms must be signed the first night of class. You cannot participate in this training program if you will not sign either form. They are posted here to give you a chance to read them before class. By having the read, you will reduce the time consumed for administrative and legalese work.

The RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION form makes you acknowledge that riding a motorcycle is risky, and that you take full responsibility for any crashes/injury/or death [no sugar coating here] that could occur while participating in this training program.

The TRAINING RULES advise you how the program is conducted, and how you will conduct yourself while participating.
