3W Rider Course PAYMENT RULES
Tuition Fee: $209.00 for 18 hours of instructions

1. You DO NOT OWN A SLOT IN A CLASS until you pay your tuition fee. Please do not show up on the scheduled date without paying in advance via this web site -- regrettably you will be turned away.

2. The program is "first-to-pay, first-to-play" -- the class's slots fill as riders pay their tuition fee. Someone pays before you, they take the slot.

3. No tuition fee refunds. Unless your RiderCoach cancels the class, something that hasn't happened in over eight years (we ride rain or shine, hot or cold).

4. No transfers or substitutions of training slots -- you register, you pay, you attend. Unless you are paying for a friend or giving this training as a gift to someone... then please notify RidingSafety in advance so paperwork, etc can be set up to reflect this situation.

5. Failure to attend all class activity [being late or leaving early] means no completion card or refund.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment is via PayPal, a secure online payment site. PayPal costs you nothing to use, RidingSafety pays all merchant/bookkeeping costs. YOU DO NOT NEED A PayPal ACCOUNT to use this service. You will need a credit card (or PayPal account) to pay for the training slot.

If using PayPal is a problem, please advise RidingSafety when you are offered an ERC slot and other arrangements can be made.

WHEN TO PAY

You will receive an email from RidingSafety requesting you pay your tuition fee to secure your slot. The email will also contain a link to the payment site. Email is usually sent out within a week of the original invitation to attend the ERC. Prompt payment ensures a slot, delaying any length of time does not.
